Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this purchase agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, have taken the goods in physical possession.
To claim your right of revocation, you have to inform us, Maestro Badenia Akustik & Elektronik GmbH, Neckarstraße 20, 74847 Obrigheim, Germany, email: email@example.com, Fax: 0049-6261-638-158 with a clear explanation (e.g. by sent a letter with post, via fax or by email) about your decision to revoke this purchase agreement. As a template, you can use the document which is enclosed to the delivery, however this is not obligating. In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient if you send us a message about your intent to withdraw before the cancellation deadline
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this purchase agreement, we refund all the payments that we have received from you for the shipment which is revoked. This is including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery costs for deliveries to country outside the European Union), and must be refunded immediately at latest within fourteen days from the date on which the withdrawal is received.
For the refund, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not be charged with fees for this repayment.
We may refuse payment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided a traceable proof that you sent back the goods.
You have to return the goods promptly and not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days.
You have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
For any loss of value of the goods you just need to pay for once this loss in value has been caused due to a not typical handling for testing of the characteristics and functioning of the goods.
